Recruitment competition for Information Systems Analyst, Directorate for Digitalisation and IT Support
1. Overall purpose of the post:
Manage IT infrastructure and IT systems, monitor and optimise their seamless operation.
2. Core tasks of the vacancy as per the job description:
— Incident/request handling;
Providing telephone/email consultations to users;
— Physical level and application technical support for users,
Drawing up the technical documentation,
Carrying out maintenance and corrective work on telecommunications infrastructure at local level;
— Install, configure and maintain SGBD.
— Test information resources benefiting ODSMEs.
3. Type of employment
Indefinite period
4. Conditions for participation in the competition
a) holds the citizenship of the Republic of Moldova;
(b) possess the State language and the official languages of inter-ethnic communication spoken in the territory concerned within the limits laid down by law;
c) has full capacity to act;
(d) has the necessary studies required for the function;
(e) during the last 5 years he has not terminated his individual employment contract for disciplinary reasons;
(f) has no criminal record for intentional offences.
5. Specific requirements for participation in the competition
Studies: bachelor’s degree or equivalent in the field of information technologies.
Experience: 1 year professional experience in the field related to the function
Knowledge:
• Knowledge of operating systems in the Windows family: 10, windows Server 2008 and above;
• Ability to work with users remotely;
• Average knowledge in TCP/IP and network troubleshooting;
• Knowledge of the functioning of applications in Windows operating environment;
• Advanced incident troubleshooting capabilities;
• Knowledge of the tools used to deal with incidents;
• Capabilities to analyse the problem and identify the solution;
• Possessing Romanian and Russian;
• Knowledge of programming languages is an asset, namely:
a) (Vue.JS, JavaScript (ES6 +), HTML, CSS);
b) (Node.JS, Express, REST API, Webpack);
c) (PHP, Laravel, Python, Flask).
• Knowledge of server administration tools is an advantage:
cPanel/Plesk;
b) Apache, Nginx;
c) Linux, Windows Server;
d) VMware.
• Knowledge of the management tools CMS (Joomla/Wordpress/Wix), ArcGIS (ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Survey123), (Zoom, Microsoft Office, PowerBI) is an asset.
Skills: organisation, working with information, analysis and synthesis, effective communication, argumentation, presentation, solving issues of high complexity, solving conflict situations.

6. The selection board reserves the right to reject candidates who demonstrate a lack of irreproachable reputation and other conditions.
