The Entrepreneurship Development Organization (ODA) is a public institution under the Ministry of Economy with the mission to support the development of the domestic entrepreneurial environment, including small and medium enterprises, by promoting entrepreneurial culture, providing financial and technical assistance to companies, issuing financial and state guarantees, and providing business support infrastructure. 

ODA is a trusted partner of companies, offering them the opportunity to grow, become sustainable and strong, both domestically and abroad, by accessing support programmes for the business community. The ODA team identifies and supports innovative ideas and finds solutions for a well-functioning entrepreneurial environment in the Republic of Moldova.
