24 August 2026, Chisinau The Entrepreneurship Development Organisation announces the opening of new calls for grants for small and medium-sized enterprises between September and November 2026. Calls will be organised every month and entrepreneurs will be able to submit projects within the available budget for each programme.

Each call will be open on the first working day of the month and will last 5 working days. If the budget allocated for that month is exhausted earlier, the submission of files will end when the available ceiling is reached.

The application will be exclusively online, via the Cabinet of the Contractor (e-cabinet). On the same platform, entrepreneurs will have access to updated templates of the documents required for the application, including the application form and the template for presenting the financial data.

In order for entrepreneurs to be able to track available resources, the platform will have a budget counter, which will automatically monitor the value of the submitted files against the budget allocated to the call.

ODA recommends that entrepreneurs interested in grants prepare the necessary documents early and access the e-cabinet platform before opening the call, in order to familiarise themselves with the application process and the available functionalities.

Since the beginning of the year, 384 investment projects have been approved by ODA through grant instruments. The approved grants amount to RON 187.13 million and the implementation of the projects will generate approximately RON 370 million of investment in the economy.

The grants are financed from state budget funds, with the support of the European Union through the Reform Agenda for the Republic of Moldova, the World Bank Group, the Organisation for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA) and the Competitiveness Improvement Project Implementation Unit (UIPAC), as well as through the Puternic Enterprise and Common Project for Moldova (SBC) – component ‘Increasing Energy Resilience of SMEs in the Republic of Moldova’, implemented by ODA and GIZ, with the funding of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and the Swiss Government.

Monthly calls are organised in accordance with the Regulation on the Organisation of Grant Calls and the Management of Funding Files submitted to the IPODA, approved by the ODA Council on 18 August 2026.
