IP ODA’s mission is to implement the State’s policy on supporting the development of entrepreneurship, including small and medium-sized enterprises, in accordance with the strategies and programmes approved by the Government.

2. Purpose and core tasks as per job description:

Purpose of the function: Ensuring technical and administrative activities for the implementation of the Multifunctional Industrial Platforms Programme.

Core tasks as per job description:
Coordinating and monitoring the processes for the design and endorsement of MIP acts;
Ensuring the processes of supervision of execution and quality control;
Carrying out activities relating to the procurement of works, monitoring and reporting;
— Monitoring of executed volumes and calculation of volumes, estimation of costs;
— Ensuring, monitoring and coordinating project amendment/update processes;
Organisation of acceptance processes at the end of works and at the end of works;

3. Conditions of application:
Higher degree in construction;
Experience – minimum 10 years in the field of construction, minimum 5 years in the public domain, experience in project management is an asset;
Knows Romanian;
— Knowledge of English at B2 level is an asset;
While working in previous workplaces, has not infringed Article 7 (2) of Law No 325/2013 on the assessment of institutional integrity, except in cases where the person is in employment for the first time;
— Is not deprived by the court of the right to occupy certain functions or to exercise a certain activity in those functions and activities.

Knowledge required:

In the specific area of activity:
— Knowledge of procurement procedures (at least national standards);
— Ability to interpret complex engineering plans and expenditure estimates;
Knowledge of national legislation and regulations in the field of construction.
In the digital field:
— Microsoft Office package – advanced user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.);

The declaration on honour regarding the fact that, during the activity in previous workplaces, it did not infringe Article 7 (2) of Law No nr.325/2013 on the assessment of institutional integrity, except in cases where the person falls within the scope of work for the first time.
