IP ODA’s mission is to implement the State’s policy on supporting the development of entrepreneurship, including small and medium-sized enterprises, in accordance with the strategies and programmes approved by the Government.

2. Purpose and core tasks as per job description:
Purpose of the function: ensuring activities on the implementation of the MIP Programme by carrying out actions on the establishment of industrial parks and implementing effective mechanisms to attract Direct Investments.
Core tasks as per job description:
— Identify training needs and organise training sessions on logistical management and tax/customs facilities, etc. for residents.
Facilitating the achievement of impact indicators by professionalising platform management and mentoring managers in drawing up park development plans.
Developing the investment profile of industrial parks and marketing materials by sectors with high added value.
— Document external markets and establish contacts with potential anchor investors to populate parks.
— Develop and manage a KPI monitoring system: number of residents, value of private investments, jobs created and turnover.
— Facilitate partnerships with local and foreign chambers of commerce, business associations and agencies such as Invest Moldova.
3. Conditions of application:
Higher degree in economic or financial matters or international economic relations or business management or administration,
Experience – minimum 3 years, in identifying/attracting investments or business advice or managing economic development/investment projects, will be an advantage;
Knows Romanian;
— Knowledge of English at B2 level;
Negotiation and communication skills;
While working in previous workplaces, has not infringed Article 7 (2) of Law No 325/2013 on the assessment of institutional integrity, except in cases where the person is in employment for the first time;
— Is not deprived by the court of the right to occupy certain functions or to exercise a certain activity in those functions and activities.

4. Knowledge required:
In the specific area of activity:
Knowledge of the business environment in the Republic of Moldova
Knowledge of the legislative framework in the field of taxation/customs would be an advantage.
— Knowledge of operating procedures and governance of industrial parks/free economic zones.
— Knowledge of methodologies for financial analysis and economic impact assessment.
In the digital field:
— Microsoft Office – user pack (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, WinSmeta).
— Experience in working with project management tools and economic databases (using NBS data is an asset).

The declaration on honour regarding the fact that, during the activity in previous workplaces, it did not infringe Article 7 (2) of Law No nr.325/2013 on the assessment of institutional integrity, except in cases where the person falls within the scope of work for the first time.
