Public Institution Organisation for Entrepreneurship Development, announces competition for the position of Senior Specialist/Senior Specialist Directorate for Programme Beneficiary Relations.

IP ODA’s mission is to implement the State’s policy on supporting the development of entrepreneurship, including small and medium-sized enterprises, in accordance with the strategies and programmes approved by the Government. 

In this context, we would inform you that the public announcement will contain the following relevant information:

1. Name and legal address of the institution: Public Institution Entrepreneurship Development Organisation, mun. Chisinau, str. Albișoara, 38, MD 2005.

2. Title of the function for which the competition is organised: senior Specialist/Senior Specialist, within the Directorate for Programme Beneficiary Relations.

3. Purpose and core tasks as per job description: 

Purpose of the function: Facilitating the integration of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) into GVCs by connecting them with international companies and supporting access to the export market in order to increase the competitiveness of local producers. 

       Core tasks as per job description:

— Ensuring the implementation of projects and programmes aimed at facilitating the connection between local SMEs and international companies;

Facilitating partnerships between local SMEs and international companies, by organising and participating in B2B sessions, business forums and economic missions in the country and abroad;

— Developing skills and capacity profiles of companies to be promoted among potential buyers on various platforms; 

— Develop partnerships with business institutions/organisations to develop and deploy tools to support and facilitate the integration of HLMs into international value chains as suppliers; 

Participating in the drafting and amendment of operational manuals, normative acts and other regulatory documents in the areas of competence of the unit;

Participating in monitoring and reporting on the progress of the projects managed, including the preparation of regular reports for funders and partners;

The performance of tasks associated with the work of the subdivision.

4. Type of employment: Indefinite period

5. Conditions of application:

Bachelor’s degree in the fields of: business science (business and administration; marketing and logistics, global economy and international relations) or related areas;

At least 3 years’ professional experience in the field;

Knowledge of Romanian;

— Knowledge of English level B2;

While working in previous workplaces, has not infringed Article 7 (2) of Law No 325/2013 on the assessment of institutional integrity, except in cases where the person is in employment for the first time;

— Is not deprived by the court of the right to occupy certain functions or to exercise a certain activity in those functions and activities.

6. Skills and competences required: 

— Knowledge of the international business environment and integration mechanisms in global value chains;

— Experience in project management;

Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills;

Skills in economic analysis and interpretation of a company’s phenomena and processes or understanding of production processes, resource optimisation and energy efficiency;

— Capacity for teamwork and people-to-people networking,

— Ability to take decisions and assume responsibilities;

— Resistance to repetitive tasks and adaptation to changing tasks;

— To plan and organise working time within the deadlines,

— Emotional balance and result orientation; 

Other requirements: fairness, honesty, impartiality, accountability, punctuality, sense of initiative, result orientation and development.

7. Working arrangements of the institution:

40 hours/week.

Monday-Friday, 8.00-17.00, lunch break: 12.00-13.00.
