IP ODA’s mission is to implement the State’s policy on supporting the development of entrepreneurship, including small and medium-sized enterprises, in accordance with the strategies and programmes approved by the Government.

3. Purpose of the function: Achievement of the objectives of the subdivision on the implementation of state programmes in the information and consultation phase.

4. Core tasks of the function:

  • Efficient handling of requests concerning the institution’s fields of activity. 
  • Participation in the consultancy process with dissemination of information in accordance with the legislative acts;
  • Participating in the drafting of proposals for amending/supplementing the operational manuals for the implementation of state programmes and other legislative acts in the areas of competence of the subdivision; 
  • The performance of tasks related to the work of the subdivision.

5. Type of employment: Indefinite period.

6. Conditions of application:

  • Bachelor’s degree in: economic, technical, legal.
  • Professional experience in the field is an asset. 

In the language field, including the level of written/spoken language:

  • Romanian – advanced
  • Russian – advanced
  • English – intermediate/advanced (an advantage) 

In the specific area of activity

  • the economic legislation in force;
  • legislation in the field of entrepreneurship and taxation;
  • methodology, procedures and techniques for analysing economic and financial activity;
  • the process for drawing up business plans and assessing investment projects;
  • principles for analysing and assessing the risks of entrepreneurial activity;
  • programme-specific provisions implemented by ODA;
  • State Programmes Implementation Operational Manuals.

In the digital field: 

  • Microsoft Office – Advanced user

40 hours/week. Is not deprived by the court of the right to occupy certain functions or to exercise a certain activity in those functions and activities.

Monday-Friday, 8.00-17.00, lunch break: 12.00-13.00.
