announce the competition for the position of Senior Specialist (s),
Compliance Assessment Section
IP ODA’s mission is to implement the State’s policy on supporting the development of entrepreneurship, including small and medium-sized enterprises, in accordance with the strategies and programmes approved by the Government.

Type of employment: Indefinite period.
Conditions of application:
Studies: Senior academics in economics, finance and banking.
a) Banking experience and/or non-bank lending organisations of at least 1 year;
b) Experience in analysing applications for the granting of banking products to legal persons of at least 6 months;
In the specific area of activity:
a) Economic legislation in force;
b) Knowledge in economic-financial and entrepreneurial fields;
c) Legislation in the field of entrepreneurship and taxation; principles for analysing and assessing the risks of entrepreneurial activity;
d) Programme-specific provisions implemented by ODA;
e) Implementation Operational Manuals of State Programmes, FACEM Funding Products.
In the language field:
a) Romanian – advanced (written and oral).
b) Knowledge of Russian and English languages is an asset;
In the digital field:
a) Knowledge in the use of the Microsoft Office application suite;
b) Knowledge in the use of Microsoft Office EXCEL;
c) Knowledge in the use of PowerPoint.
Skills in the economic interpretation of an enterprise’s phenomena and processes;

Function description:
a) Execution of conformity assessment activities and processing of documents related to FACEM funding products/instruments.
b) Reception, evaluation and financing of applications for funding;
c) Monitoring and reporting on the process of financing and simplifying EMFAF products;
Working arrangements of the institution: 40 hours/week.
Monday-Friday, 8.00-17.00, lunch break: 12.00-13.00.

- the declaration on honour regarding the fact that, during the activity in previous workplaces, it did not infringe Article 7 (2) of Law No nr.325/2013 on the assessment of institutional integrity, except in cases where the person falls within the scope of work for the first time.
