Competition for: senior specialist in the Directorate for Compliance Assessment and Pre-financing Risks (deadline for submission of applications: 8 May 2026)
IP ODA’s mission is to implement the State’s policy on supporting the development of entrepreneurship, including small and medium-sized enterprises, in accordance with the strategies and programmes approved by the Government.

2. Title of the function for which the competition is organised: senior Specialist in the Compliance Assessment and Pre-financing Risk Directorate.
3. Purpose and core tasks as per job description:
Purpose of the function: Achievement of the institution’s objectives regarding the implementation of state programmes at the pre-financing stage through compliance and risk assessment.
Core tasks as per job description:
- Pre-financing evaluation of files with a view to matching applicants and investment projects with the objectives/priorities of state programmes;
- Drawing up evaluation reports on the files of applicants for support under non-reimbursable financial support programmes/instruments; trade unions’ statutes;
- Participating in the preparation of proposals for amending/supplementing the operational manuals for the implementation of non-reimbursable financial support programmes/instruments and other legislative acts in the areas of competence of the subdivision;
- The performance of tasks related to the work of the subdivision.
4. Type of employment: Fixed period
5. Conditions of application:
- Bachelor’s degree in: economic, technical;
- At least 1 years’ professional experience in the field;
- Speaks Romanian;
- Proficiency in intermediate/advanced English (an advantage);
- While working in previous workplaces, has not infringed Article 7 (2) of Law No 325/2013 on the assessment of institutional integrity, except in cases where the person is in employment for the first time;
- Is not deprived by the court of the right to occupy certain functions or to exercise a certain activity in those functions and activities.

7. Working arrangements of the institution: 40 hours/week.
Monday-Friday, 8.00-17.00, lunch break: 12.00-13.00.

- copies of diplomas and certificates of completion of further training and/or specialisation courses;
- copy of the work record book (if applicable) and the certificate (s) relating to the work in the previous establishment, indicating the speciality, qualification, function, duration of work;
- the declaration on honour regarding the fact that, during the activity in previous workplaces, it did not infringe Article 7 (2) of Law No nr.325/2013 on the assessment of institutional integrity, except in cases where the person falls within the scope of work for the first time.
