Notice launching the procurement of services for the elaboration of the Memorandum of Understanding and Business Forum Operational Plan in the framework of the “HEGO Herbs for Growth” project
Public Institution Organisation for the Development of Entrepreneurship, public institution established by Government Decision No 538/2007, subordinated to the Ministry of Economy, with the mission of supporting the development of the local entrepreneurial environment, including small and medium-sized enterprises, IDNO 1007600042792, based in mill. Chisinau, bd Stefan cel Mare 134, tel. 022225799, announces the launch of the procurement of services for the elaboration of the Memorandum of Understanding and Business Forum Operational Plan in the framework of the “HEGO Herbs for Growth” project, CPV Code 79300000-7, according to the specifications indicated in the attached Tender Specifications.
The estimated price of the contract is MDL 37050 (thirty-seven thousand fifty) (VAT-exempt supply with the right to deduct, according to GD 246 of 8.4.2010). The source of funding represents funds from the budget of the “HEGO – Plants for Growth” project is implemented through the Joint Operational Programme for Cooperation in the Black Sea Basin 2014-2020, financed by the European Union.
Tenders, drawn up in Romanian, are to be sent electronically to the following address:
- The extract from the State register attesting to the registration of the tenderer’s economic operator or the registration note of the tenderer who is a natural person;
- The technical offer and the financial offer;
- Notice of presentation of the tenderer;
- The curriculum vitae of the expert (s) and the documents confirming their qualification (diplomas, licences, certifications).
Criterion for designating the winner – the most economically advantageous tender. Alternative offers are not admissible.
