More than two decades ago, the Benzing family opened one of the businesses in Trebujeni that would contribute to the development of rural tourism in the Republic of Moldova.
The ‘Casa din luncă’ guesthouse, considered the first rural guesthouse in the country, started from the desire to transform hospitality, gastronomy and local traditions into a genuine experience for tourists.
Today, Oxana Benzing’s business continues to grow. Located on the bank of Răutul, in the village of Trebujeni, near the Old Old Old Old Hall complex, the agroguesthouse invests in better conditions for visitors and in an infrastructure enabling it to offer increasingly competitive tourism services.
For its development, the company chose the FACEM Impact funding product and accessed a long-term investment loan on advantageous financing terms.
The investment concerns the construction of a swimming pool, the installation of a treatment plant and the fitting out of a pergole.
The funding product, FACEM Impact, created by ODA, is available in partner banks.
