According to the Official Gazette of 31 December 2020through Order No 632 of 18 December 2020 approved the Regulation on the recording and sealing of cash equipment and control equipment.

This Regulation shall be drawn up for the purpose of implementing point 2 of Government Decision No 141/2019 the application of cash and control equipment when performing settlements.

Appropriate The order is the task of the providers of cash equipment and control equipment the centralised conversion of protection seals (silts of the supplier) in the form of dissipatory labels with protective, serial and number elements, which will be used to seal house and control machines/tax strips from 1 January 2021. Suppliers of cash and control equipment will ensure the recording, record-keeping, maintenance and release of protection seals (the supplier’s seals) to the technical assistance centres. The establishment of protection seals (supplier seals) will be carried out in accordance with prior orders of the Technical Assistance Centres.

This Order entered into force on 1 January 2021. Also on that date it was repealed State Tax Service Order No 131/2019 approving the Regulation on the recording and sealing of house and control equipment.
