During the period 26-29 Januaryrepresentatives of the business community of the Republic of Moldova and the Organisation for the Development of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Sector (ODIMM) undertook a study visit to Georgia. Travel was organised through the European project PLAT4FOODin which ODIMM is a partner with 3 other institutions in Bulgaria, Italy and Georgia.

As part of the visit, guests from Moldova met with partner organisations from Italy, Bulgaria and representatives of Georgian organic food companies to exchange experiences and build relationships for future business partnerships.

As a reminder, the European project PLAT4FOOD aims to support bio-food SMEs and business support organisations in the EU and the Eastern Partnership by defining and developing common products and services for internationalisation. The project organises fact-finding visits to support MSMEs in establishing international partnerships and cooperation links with foreign producers, suppliers and/or service distributors.
