1.In the context of the development of new instruments for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), representatives of the SME Development Organisation (IMM) were informed about the results of qualitative research addressing the challenges exporters face when exporting and entering new markets. Following the study, ODIMM will create new training and advisory modules for exporting entrepreneurs.2ff.
The study was prepared within the framework of the World Bank project to improve Competitivity “Focus Groups with exporters to develop tailor-made training programme for exporters and implement the concept of trainers for DSO staff”.
3gg.The research carried out 8 focus groups with representatives of small and medium-sized enterprises who had experience in exporting goods, products and/or services, as well as potential exporters. Entrepreneurs benefiting from the OD IMM programmes, as well as residents of business incubators incubators of blood, Nisporeni and Cede-long, participated in the discussions.
The analysis provided a complex picture of the current situation of export activities in terms of the perception and vision of entrepreneurs, and made it possible to identify the challenges and needs for training and advice in the export process or export readiness. After this information session ODIMM in collaboration with Gateway & Partners will develop an entrepreneurial training programme based on modules that will cover the insufficient information and knowledge of exporters on export procedures.
