ODIMM announces registration for GEA entrepreneurship training courses
Do you have a business and want to be more competent to manage it?
Organisation for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises announces enrolment in training courses under the Continuing Training Programme EFFICIENT BUSINESS MANAGEMENT (GEA).
Proposed training modules:
* Strategic business planning;
* Financial management, including management of borrowed resources;
* The bases of marketing;
* Online marketing;
* Procedures for participation in European projects;
* Efficient time management;
* Efficient selling and merchandising techniques;
* Accounting records of entrepreneurial activity;
* Labour law;
* Human resources management;
* Carrying out external economic activity and customs relations (in the context of the DCFTA);
* Environmental management for SMEs.
The training provides you with:
· Developing business relationships;
· New information in the field;
· Answers to work-specific questions;
· Innovative business management models, enhancing company performance;
· Increasing results;
· New markets.
The courses will run for 2 days (21 academic hours)
ODIMM partners in the implementation of the Programme are the Economics Sections of the District Councils and Business Services Providers.
The training courses take place throughout the territory of the Republic of Moldova and willing entrepreneurs can choose where to participate.
