ODIMM announces a competition for the provision of training services under the “EFFICIENT Business Management Programme” (GEA).
The GEA programme is intended to ensure the continuity of multiannual training programmes for the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises sector.
The main aim of the programme is to increase the level of knowledge of economic operators in the pursuit of efficient and sustainable entrepreneurial activity.
The programme involves the organisation and conduct of free training courses on the following training modules:
- Business planning;
- Financial management;
- Marketing and efficient selling techniques;
- Scope accounting;
- Labour law and human resources management;
- External economic activity and customs relations;
- Registration as a VAT payer and application of the relevant legislation;
- Public procurement and legislation.
The training duration for each module constitutes 21 academic hours.
Eligibility criteria for training providers:
— the existence of qualified staff and experience in providing training services for not less than 5 years;
— the existence of the database of qualified trainers for the training modules carrying them out;
— the existence of programmes on the targeted modules in Power Point format, up to date and accessible to participants;
— ensuring the exposure of materials in the state and Russian languages, using modern technique and teaching toolkit for the smooth running of seminars (board, flip chart, projector, computers);
— geographical coverage throughout the Republic of Moldova
— the existence of technical equipment for logistical arrangements and movement within the territory;
— submission of a minimum of 3 letters of recommendation (companies trained in training, associations of entrepreneurs, including from APL).
Tenders will contain the Detailed programme of courses, the estimated budget for a group of 25 individuals (including cost of teaching materials and coffee breaks), list and CV of trainers involved in the teaching process.
