20 July 2026, Chisinau – The Organisation for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA) offers the Entrepreneurship Cabinet to the business community under testing. It is a digital platform designed to simplify access to funding programmes and support services offered by the institution. The initiative was developed with the support of the Swiss government, through the OPTIM project, implemented by Helvetas Moldova, and is available at e-cabinet.oda.md.

The platform allows for automatic eligibility checks of applicants and reduces application processing time from eight to three working days, helping to digitalise and streamline the interaction between entrepreneurs and ODA.

During the testing period, the platform is used to validate the functionalities and operational flows. The information entered by users will be processed solely for testing purposes, without any administrative evaluation or funding procedures being initiated.

The Director of ODA, Vadim Codreanu, stressed that the launch of the platform was a further step in the digital transformation of business services.

“The launch of the “Cabinet of the Entrepreneur” platform is an important step in the digital transformation of ODA services. By simplifying processes and automating eligibility checks, we are giving entrepreneurs faster, more transparent and more efficient access to support programmes and funding opportunities”said Vadim Codreanu.

In turn, Cristina Butuleac, Manager Digitalisation and Access to Finance of the OPTIM project, highlighted the importance of digitalising finance, stressing that it brings entrepreneurs closer to funding instruments:

“By automating eligibility checks and facilitating real-time data exchange, the Cabinet creates a standardised model that transforms the way financial support is provided to businesses. The new functionality will help increase access to finance as well as make the use of funds dedicated to entrepreneurs more efficient”said Cristina Butuleac.

Entrepreneurs will now be able to submit funding applications much faster, as some of the information will be automatically retrieved from public registers. This will reduce the time needed to complete and process applications, facilitate access to funding, and reduce the risk of errors in the data entry process, helping to increase the approval rate of files.
