Thus, the relaunch of the new grant calls, related to the non-repayable financial support programmes and instruments managed by the institution, is planned after the approval of the 2026 budget.

The approval of the budget is expected for the end of January, beginning of February 2026, which is necessary to ensure the sustainable functioning of the institution and to ensure a transparent and aligned process for the management of public resources.

Once this process is completed, ODA will re-launch calls for funding under the following programmes:

— Programme to support digital innovations and technology start-ups
Support Programme for Feminin Entrepreneurship
Support programme for small producers
— Tourism SME Development Programme
— Non-repayable financial support instrument for SME development – CREȘTEM IMM
— Programme to increase the competitiveness of local producers and integration into value chains
— Other instruments to be launched in 2026.

In this context, ODA encourages entrepreneurs to follow the official communications of the institution and use this period to clarify their investment plans and development directions.

We would point out that, during 2025, 810 entrepreneurial projects were accepted for funding through non-repayable financial support instruments managed by ODA, and the total value of the approved non-repayable financing amounted to MDL 346.4 million. The grants provided generate total investment in the economy of MDL 653.3 million, the resources being provided by combining funds from the state budget with the support of development partners.

10 374 jobs have been maintained with the support provided and a further 5 073 are planned to be created.

Beyond amounts and programmes, jobs maintained and created best show the concrete impact of grants on people.
