ODA and Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalisation announce call for projects for industrial parks
2 February 2026, Chisinau — The Organisation for Entrepreneurship Development (ODA), in partnership with the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalisation, announces the call for projects under the State programme for the establishment and development of industrial parks.
The Programme shall be implemented by ODA and shall be addressed to public authorities and institutions wishing to establish or develop industrial parks on publicly owned land. Through this initiative, the experience gained from previous industrial development projects is extended and leveraged at national level, with a focus on the real needs of local communities.
An important objective of the programme is to support local communities and strengthen collaboration between public authorities and business. The programme supports both early-stage initiatives, by supporting the development of the necessary documentation, and already existing industrial parks, which require upgrading or expansion of infrastructure. Thus, regardless of the stage of development, industrial parks can benefit from support tailored to their specific needs.
In this regard, specialised central public administration bodies, local public administration authorities, including those of the autonomous territorial unit of Gagauzia, and higher education institutions are invited to actively engage and participate in the call for projects.
Applicants are invited to develop and complete application form. Concept notes can be submitted within 30 calendar days starting from 2 February 2026 and will be assessed by the Programme Coordination Committee.
We recall that, in summer 2025, the Government of the Republic of Moldova approved the State Programme for the Establishment and Development of Industrial Parks, a strategic initiative aimed at accelerating regional economic development and attracting investments in areas with the highest growth potential. The programme creates real premises for the development of modern industrial infrastructure and the generation of new local jobs.
For further details and clarifications, the ODA team will provide advice to all interested parties.
