7 August 2025, Chisinau — Moldova’s entrepreneurs will soon be able to apply much more easily online through a modern digital platform that will significantly reduce waiting time. The Organisation for the Development of Entrepreneurship and HELVETAS signed the partnership for the creation of the Authorised User Personnel Climate Platform.

A contractor now needs 6-8 days to prepare and submit a funding file and the analysis process takes even longer. With the launch of the new digital platform, the whole process will be simplified and accelerated: the dossier can only be completed within 2 days and the assessment period will be significantly reduced.

“It is a major change. We want entrepreneurs to apply online, simple and clear. We estimate savings of more than 5 million lei annually for entrepreneurs and over 600000 lei for the institution’, declared Vadim Codreanu, Director ODA.

The new platform will reduce the number of rejected files by 80 % due to mistakes or lack of information, as many data will automatically be filled in from public registers. This will mean that entrepreneurs will no longer have to collect and submit the same documents several times.

“We are pleased to support this initiative that brings the public administration closer to people and the real needs of entrepreneurs. It is a modern solution that will make the difference for thousands of businesses in Moldova”, said Bojan Kolundzija, Director HELVETAS Moldova.

The project is supported by the Government of Switzerland and implemented through Helvetas/best project in the Republic of Moldova and will be developed between August 2025 and March 2026.
