The USAID BRITE Programme invites you to participate in the Round Table “Optimising the Regulatory Framework for Trade Operating Authorisations”, which will take place on 19 June 2014 at 10: 00, str. Tip of Country 29 “Le Roi”, office 201.

The round table will discuss the draft law amending and supplementing the Law on Internal Trade, prepared by the BRITE programme experts, jointly with the Ministry of Economy (attached to this message). In particular, the regulations on optimising the procedure for issuing the commercial operating licence and the requirements vis-à-vis traders applying for/holding the licence will be discussed.
