SES IARezine presentationAt the end of the current week, in the meeting room of the Rhine Business Incubator (IAR), the project Senior Experten Service (SES) was presented. The event was organised by the IAR, in partnership with the Organisation for the Development of the Sector of Small and Medium Enterprises (ODIMM), and invited Ms Ute Sonnen, the co-ordination of the project in Germany. Entrepreneurs present at the event were informed how they can benefit from advice free of charge from German experts.

Oasseques and assistance were welcomed by Mr Gheorghe Botnaru, Vice-President of the raion, who considered the assistance of experts coming from a high-level country with a high level of devocation, who considered the assistance of experts from a high-level country.

The SES support consists of delegating highly qualified German experts, over a period from 3 weeks to 6 months, to work directly in the applicant institution and provide practical consultations and advice, contributing to its development. One of the main components of each mission is the training of local specialists and managers.

The approximately 10.000 experts registered under the SES advise small and medium-sized enterprises, education and professional institutions, local public administrations, NGOs, as well as health organisations. To date, some 712 German experts have shared their experience with Moldovan entrepreneurs. The fields of advice are diverse depending on the scope and problems encountered:provision of services, crafts, industry, construction, households, training, trade, etc.

Senior Experten Service (SES) is one of the leading organisations in the field of delegation of experts and retired managersSES presentation at IARezina. It is a not-for-profit foundation based in Bon, which since 1983 provides ‘aid for the self-aid’, carrying out more than 25.000 missions in 160 countries. Currently, around 10000 experts are registered in the SES and provide advice in more than 50 areas.


The experience of SES members can be useful for advisory applicants in increasing the competitiveness, productivity and cost-effectiveness of the business; optimising the organisation of the company and work processes; deployment of new technologies; expanding the range of products and ensuring their quality; modernisation of marketing; solving technical problems; identify opportunities and opportunities for business development.

Finally, Mr Mihai Fricățel, the IAR administrator, asked him/her to answer several questions, gender accommodation, travel payments, healthcare in case of necessity, etc. Dna Ute Sonnen replied with amability to all questions, he hoped that the reinders would request the services of German experts and know the real success in business.
