The Dutch Good Growth Fund As of 1 July 2014, entrepreneurs from 66 countries, including the Republic of Moldova, can benefit from the financial means of the Dutch Good Growth Fund (DGGF), which is part of the budget of the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The aim of the DGGF is to support small and medium-sized enterprises (MSEs) in the Netherlands and entrepreneurs in emerging markets and developing countries by facilitating the financing of local investment and exports.

The cash resources in DGGF are not grants and the loans provided are to be returned to the Fund so that other companies can benefit from this financial mechanism. Companies wishing to borrow from DGGF are assisted by the One Stop Shop of the Dutch Entrepreneurship Agency (Netherlands Enterprise Agency). DGGF’s total budget is EUR 175 million. The financing takes place through already existing or newly created Dutch or local investment funds, which in turn invest in the local HEIM. The average investment per QMM will be between USD 10.000 and 2 million.
