The Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalisation and the Electronic Government Agency announce the launch of a new module in the EVO application – service programming. Through it, citizens can carry out programming at various public institutions without additional visits or waiting time.

The programme module shall be integrated with the national programari.gov.md platform and includes, in the beginning, 15 services provided by three public institutions:

  • Ministry of Foreign Affairs (12 services provided by 32 embassies and consulates)
  • National Archives Agency (2 services)
  • Organisation for the Development of Entrepreneurship (1 service provided by 2 offices)

In this way, citizens can make programming for various public services, saving time and simplifying access to services.

“This module is a new benefit for citizens to simplify their lives and save their time. We aim to completely redefine the way citizens interact with the state and do so with determined steps. The list of services will continue to grow as integration is completed. Finally, we propose that every citizen should easily and easily schedule any public service and manage their interaction with the state at any time and anywhere directly from the phone via EVO’ says Dumitru Alaiba, Vice Prime Minister, Minister for Economic Development and Digitalisation

How does the curriculum module work in EVO?

To carry out an EVO programming, citizens need to follow these simple steps:

  1. The selection of the desired institution;
  2. The choice of the required service from the list of available services;
  3. The selection of a suitable date and time;
  4. Completion of personal data, automatically prefilled on the basis of the user profile;
  5. Finalising programming and managing it.

The module allows easy management of programming, providing the following additional functionalities:

  • Programming details
  • Adding programming to the staff calendar
  • Location of the Office in the map
  • Cancellation of programming

To use the module, users need to update the application.
