The village of Dănceni in Ialoveni will host a Multifunctional Industrial Platform (MIP). ODIMM signed today 1 December a Memorandum of Collaboration on the creation and development of the MIP with representatives of the district council and the municipality of Dănceni.

The signatories to the Agreement have set out to develop the region economically and promote it as development poles to attract new investment.

The MIP of the Ialoveni district will be located on the site of the former vocational school No 11, with an area of 6.5 ha, where 12 buildings are located. The identified land is owned by the Municipality of Dănceni.

The pilot programme for the creation of Multifunctional Industrial Platforms is implemented by ODIMM in coordination with the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure. They are to be created in 18 districts throughout the Republic of Moldova with a lower level of industrialisation.
