Government Decision No 538 of 17 May 2007 was set up by Government Decision No 538 of 17 May 2007 and was tasked with increasing the competitiveness of the national economy by supporting the development of the SME sector.

Event ‘5 Years of Activities ODIMM’ the aim was to aggregate the organisation’s activities and to raise public awareness of the results of the SME development programmes in the Republic of Moldova.
The anniversary ceremony participated in all ODIMM partners: local and central public institutions, international organisations and business support projects, financial institutions, training centres, NGOs and programme beneficiaries.
The event showed the most prominent results of the SME DSOs, tomboles of the beneficiaries’ products to promote them.

Successful beneficiaries of the programmes were also awarded, with diplomas in the cateva category being inmanuated:

1. National Youth Economic Enabling Programme

Original business idea” Burlacu Vitalie, Director of Individual Enterprise, “Burlacu Vitalie” was offered

2. Programme of Arbitration of Remitents in Economies PARE 1+ 1

Latest entrepreneur” offered Danaila Nicolae, GT “Danaila Nicolae Ion”
Most perseverent an entrepreneur” was offered to Dlui Frinea Victor of II “Frinea Victor”

3. State Credit Guarantee Fund
“Business excellation” offered to Mr Andrian GLAVAN, SRL manager “Trimobil – Design”
“Model of female entrepreneurs” Mrs Zavulan Liliana, Director SRL,Zavulan & Co were offered”

4. Management of the business efficiency
“The most educated entrepreneur” offered Stela Stinca, Director of “Spiridusii” magazines
“Most active Raion in Training” offered to Ungheni raion

5. Programme Simulation of entrepreneurial activity in rural areas implemented as part of the Project, Maintaining the implementation of the Migration and Development Window of the EU-Moldova Mobility Partnership, funded by the European Union(EU);
“The most creative entrepreneur” Fileva Tatiana, leader of SRL “Kismetli Yol” was offered
“For active integration in society” Croitoru Gheorghe GT“Croitoru Gheorghe” was offered

6. Business incubators
“Most important social contribution” Dlui Ursachi Sergiu, Director of Rec-Studio, was offered
“The most modern entrepreneur” Bogdan Sirghi, Director of Compania ‘Capricorn – PR design was offered

7. Special Nominalisations
“Least female couragement” Globu Oxana, SRL manager “Globu Lux” was offered
“Most important social contribution” offered to Voinu Viorel, Director SRL “Puisor de Aur”

We stated that the organisation of the “ODIMM – 5 ANI to support entrepreneurship” event is organised with the financial support of ODIMM partners, sponsors and beneficiaries.
Throughout its activity, the organisation for the development of the SME sector implemented a CRS of entrepreneurial support programmes and projects:

The National Youth Enabling Programme;
The State Credit Guarantee Fund;
— The programme for Drawing Remitents in Economics,PARE 1+ 1’;
— The “R & Business Efficiency” training programme continued;
— Simulation of entrepreneurial activity in rural areas implemented as part of the Project, Maintenance
Implementation of the Migration and Development Window of the EU-Moldova Mobility Partnership", funded by the European Union(EU);
— Youth project,Young Experience a Smart Solution”;
— Project,Black Sea Network for Regional Development (BlasNET), etc.;

It is worth mentioning that, through these projects, more than 30 thousand entrepreneursa large part of these, being trained in entrepreneurial and financial content.
Thus, small-scale businesses became partners of existing economic agents, developing new business lines, broad spectrum and cooperation between large and small businesses.

All these results benefited from efficient cooperation between the IMMOs and local and central public administrations, financial institutions, business support institutions, international organisations and donor projects.
The IMMOs bring substantial amounts to partners, entrepreneurs, media partners for their joint contribution to the development and support of the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises sector in the Republic of Moldova in order to ensure a viable and stable economy.
