Nicolae ciubuc, Acting Director of AIPA mentioned that the information system, which works at the IMThe AP was modernised two years ago and allows for the unification of databases and the creation of access for other institutions. AIPA currently has access to the database of IPFS and some agricultural institutions.

Victor Roșca, IFAD Director said that the lack of interconnection between the databases of institutions managing money contributes to the massive involvement of the human factor, which often leads to errors, duplications, delays. In this regard, Victor Roșca indicated that it was very important to move fully to full electronic communication, which would facilitate the work of both case handlers and beneficiaries.

Iulia Iabanji, Director-General of ODIMM mentioned that the most important thing for state institutions is to simplify the procedure for submitting1111 acts for entrepreneurs and the elimination of bureaucracy and the human factor. These activities, undertaken by the institutions, support the Government’s priorities, which are geared towards the development of entrepreneurship, particularly in rural areas.

According to Yulia Iabanji, by achieving this agreement and subsequently involving other institutions and organisations in the process of interconnecting databases, transparency in the decision-making process and facilitating the monitoring of the distribution of public money for certain needs will be achieved. The effect of this interconnection will be measured by society, in particular entrepreneurs from villages, who will be able to access grants and other types of financing much more easily.

The Government of the Republic of Moldova provides financial and educational support to entrepreneurs for business initiation and development through several institutions affiliated to line ministries and implementing units, such as ODIMM, AIPA, MIEPO, IFAD, AEE, CEP II, 2kr, BAS-EBRD, etc.
