Today, 21 October 2015, ODIMM in partnership with the World Bank’s Competitiveness Improvement Project Implementation Unit (UIPAC) organised the information seminar on grant co-financing opportunities under the Improvement of Competitiveness (CAP II) project.
The seminar presented the opportunities for co-financing companies that are oriented towards external markets available under CAP II, the eligibility conditions and the mechanism for selecting beneficiaries.
The importance of having recourse to various forms of business assistance and advice was also raised.
The event was attended by more than 50 entrepreneurs from different fields of the national economy interested in finding out how to get the grant to boost export activity.
Entrepreneurs also had a networking session, in which they socialised, sharing knowledge and new ideas in business.
Participants remained satisfied with the agenda and topics addressed at the seminar, showing the intention to apply to the project, thanks to the opportunity to obtain funding for contracting its business development services.
The project aims at facilitating access for Moldovan companies with export potential to improve their competitiveness.
For the period 2015-2019, the grant component budget amounts to USD 3 million.
