CREȘTEM IMM calls for young people and migrants in the process of finalizing the operational framework
17 April 2026, Chisinau - The Organization for Entrepreneurship Development, in collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization, informs that the process of launching the grant calls related to the non-reimbursable financial support instrument dedicated to the development of SMEs – CREȘTEM IMM, for the youth support component and for entrepreneurial initiatives of migrants, is in the final stage of procedural and institutional harmonization.
In this context, in order to ensure the conduct of the calls in full compliance with standards of transparency, quality, and efficiency, the launch calendar initially scheduled for April 20, 2026 is currently being updated.
The exact date of the call opening will be communicated in the immediate period, once all necessary stages are completed.
We reiterate that, within the CREȘTEM IMM instrument, 120 applications will be available, of which 65 are intended to support young entrepreneurs and 55 for entrepreneurial initiatives developed by migrants.
At the same time, calls for programs and instruments where the maximum number of applications has not been reached remain open, without reducing the number of available places.
ODA encourages entrepreneurs to continue preparing investment projects and the related documentation in order to access non-reimbursable funding opportunities.
The institution reaffirms its commitment to providing predictable, well-founded support mechanisms oriented toward the development of the entrepreneurial environment.
We emphasize that the funds are provided from the state budget, from European Union funds through the Reform Agenda, as well as by development partners: the World Bank Group, the project “Strong Businesses and Communities for Moldova” (SBC), “Enhancing the energy resilience of SMEs in the Republic of Moldova,” implemented by GIZ and ODA, funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany (BMZ) and the Government of Switzerland.
