40 companies in industry will be able to benefit from grants for energy efficiency and renewable energy
Companies from the Moldovan industrial sector are invited to express their interest to benefit from Energy Industrial Audit services, which will give them the possibility to access grants for energy efficiency and renewable energy.
Around 40 Moldovan companies will be selected under this round and will benefit from the development of a complex industrial energy audit that will include a detailed report and personalised recommendations for optimising energy consumption.
At the same time, the companies that will have the energy audit report produced will then be able to apply to the non-repayable financial support instrument “CREȘTEM SME”, managed by ODA and financed by the Swiss Government, aimed at the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
These reports will allow the selected companies to qualify for non-reimbursable grants that can be used to:
- The purchase of modern machinery and technology lines to replace or supplement existing equipment, with a view to increasing the efficiency and quality of production;
- Installation of photovoltaic panels;
- Provision of solar water heating systems (solar collectors, pumps, boilers, etc.);
- Installation of wind power systems for electricity generation, etc.
