To the attention of Exhibitions organisers

Organisation for the Development of the Sector of Small and Medium Enterprises (DSOIMM), as the institution responsible for implementation Programme to promote the participation of economic operators in trade fairs and exhibitionsinvites the exhibition organisations for submitting applications with the list of exhibitions/agents to be held during the year:

  • For the period 2021 — as of 12.04.2021 up to 12.05.2021
  • For 2022 — by 10.11.2021

as per the Programme Regulation.

We would also inform you that on 8.4.2021, amendments to the Programme Programme for promoting the participation of economic operators in fairs and exhibitions were approved by the Decision of the ODIMM Coordination Committee.

The changes made reflect the compliance with the new business realities of the SME sector and the restrictions imposed by the pandemic situation, as follows:

  1. The applicant for subsidisation, which corresponds to the eligibility criteria and has participated in the off-line/physical exhibition, shall be entitled to:
      • 100 % of the cost of the registration fee at the exhibition/fair but not more than RON 1000;
      • 50 % of the cost of rented exhibition space, but not more than RON 4000;

    The maximum amount transferred to an applicant/per off-line/physical exhibition will not exceed RON 5000 and will be transferred to the grant applicant’s account only once the complete file has been submitted.

  2. The applicant for the grant corresponding to the eligibility criteria and who participated in the virtual exhibition shall be entitled to receive 100 % of the cost of the registration fee at the exhibition/paper but not more than RON 2000;
  3. The application to the programme as well as the submission of the set of documents will be exclusively online to reduce the physical contact and travel of the Appellant to the premises of the ODIMM;
  4. The authentication of the documents to be attached to the Programme Participation Form will be made using the advanced qualified digital signature, which will considerably simplify the submission procedure to the Programme.
