The government approved today changes in implementing the “First Home” programme. One of these concerns a reduction in the quota share in the programme up to 5 % of the house purchase price.

The age of applicants who can access the Programme has also been increased from 45 to 50 years.

At the same time, individuals who owned a real estate property also become eligible, but whose living space exceeds 9 square metres.

The categories of beneficiaries of the compensation programmes carried out under the “First Home” State Programme will be extended by including the categories of beneficiaries of compensation and the individuals having taken a mortgage loan until the launch of the Programme.
