Start of competition for investment projects FOR young people
The IMMO in the period 26.08.2020-19.09.2020 enrolment young people for Phase 3 of the ‘START for young people’ programme — “Concursion of investment projects and non-repayable financing”.
Participating in the competition for investment projects young people aged 18-35 who have completed Phase II of the Programme and owns a newly registered company on the market for less than 1 year in one of the following legal organisational forms:
a) Individual undertaking;
b) Limited liability company;
C) Households (farmer).
The maximum grant amount is RON 180 thousand and the own contribution is at least 20 % of the investment project amount. The grant shall be provided for investments in:
technological equipment, machinery, machinery, work installations, measuring apparatus and facilities, control and regulation, computing technique and up to 30 % of the grant account for non-material assets: software, franchises, obtaining quality certificates.

In order to be aware and able to complete the electronic application form operational, you can download the.doc version of the Application Form to prepare the necessary answers and acts in pdf format:
1) Identity Bulletin of the founder and legal entity manager;
2) Participation form including annexes on investments and financial forecasts,
3) Extract from the State Register of Legal Entities and Individual Entrepreneurs/Extras from the Register of Households (issued no later than 3 months before submission of the dossier);
4) Establishing the company: Decision to register legal persons/Imployee household registration sheet;
5) Acts confirming ownership or use: Property lease/Traft contract/Consignment contract, Extras from the Real Estate Register, Sales – Purchase Agreement and others;
6) The certificate issued by the bank on the bank account;
7) Declaration on the receipt of State aid, Download
8) Certificate of absence or existence of public budget debts, or self-declaration of lack of arrears to the national public budget, Download
9) Licence and/or Authorisation (if applicable);
10) Other relevant documents (price offers, certificates of qualification, contracts of intentions, etc.).
