Organisation for the Development of the Sector of Small and Medium Enterprises (ODIMM) announces competition for the position of Head of Business Advisory and Assistance Centre

Responsibilities:
▪ Provides information support in identifying various sources of funding.
Identifies and carries out the analysis of the needs/challenges of SME sector representatives and proposes solutions.
DUCguide, advise and support SMEs in building individual and forward-looking entrepreneurial capacities.
□ provides support for economic diagnosis – financial to SMEs with high development potential and promotes them.
▪ Proposes long-term strategies for business development.
Identifies, co-operates and advises export-oriented SMEs.
Contributes to the planning and development of advisory procedures.
▪ Contributes to the implementation of business support programmes for SMEs.
Skills:
planning and management;
analysis and diagnosis of the SME’s activity;
of moving the economic and financial methods of analysis;
identifying problems by using various methods;
to effectively address objectives and adapt to change;
▪ taking decisions and assuming responsibilities;
□ ability to focus on delivering more tasks at the same time.
Requirements:
Higher education in business management, finance or economics.
Experience of at least 5 years in economic advice or in business administration.
Proven experience in the preparation of feasibility studies and economic analyses.
▪ Sound knowledge in the field of legislation on entrepreneurship activity.
● The ability to identify and propose solutions to problems arising in the context of the advisory process.
Crops advanced knowledge of the operation of CP and Applications.
Russian and English (advance) language knowledge.
