Organisation for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the Coordination of the Ministry of Economy announces competition for the provision of entrepreneurial training services in the framework of the “PARE 1+ 1” Savings Programme

Program by Drawing of Assignment to Economics “PARE 1+ 1“” consists of mobilising the human and financial resources of migrant workers in the sustainable economic development of the Republic of Moldova by stimulating the creation and development of small and medium-sized enterprises.

Programme training “PARE 1+ 1“” is targeted to ensure that migrant workers have access to entrepreneurial knowledge and increase skills in an efficient and sustainable entrepreneurial activity.

The training programme shall include the organisation and conduct of courses on the following modules:

  1. Registration of business and legal aspects of entrepreneurship;
  2. Business planning;
  3. Labour legislation and human resources management;
  4. Accounting within SMEs;
  5. Financial management;
  6. Efficient marketing and sales techniques.

The Programme’s training period shall be 50 academic hours over 10 consecutive days.

Criteria for the eligibility of providers of training services:

— the existence of qualified staff and experience in providing training services for no less than 5 years;

— the existence of the qualified trainers database for their training modules;

— the existence of programmes on the modules concerned in Power Point format, updated and accessible to participants;

— ensuring exposure of materials in state and Russian language, using modern technique and teaching toolkit for the smooth running of seminars (table, FLIP chart, designer, computers);

— the existence of technical equipment for logistical arrangements and movement to the territory (necessary);

— presentation of a minimum of 3 letters of recommendation (companies with training courses, associations of entrepreneurs).

Tenders will contain:

— The detailed programme of the courses on the modules concerned in Power Point format;

— Estimated budget for a group of 20 people (including the cost of teaching materials and coffee breaks);

— List and CV of trainers involved in the teaching process.
