ODIMM urges young people to access Business vouchers
Through the “START for young people”, Business vouchers are offered at most lei 10 thousand for business development or skills development for young people in the chosen field.
Business Voucher can be used by the beneficiaries of Step 2 of the ‘START for young people’ programme to:
— Carrying out business testing activities;
— Small market research;
— Research into consumer behaviour;
— Training in specific areas;
— Other services needed to test the idea and implementation of the investment project.
The voucher can only be accessed if you meet the following eligibility criteria:
— start-up, set up and managed by young people aged 18-35, citizen of the Republic of Moldova;
—under one of the following organisational forms – legal forms of entrepreneurship activity:
a) Individual undertaking;
b) Households (farmer);
C) Limited liability company.
— graduated training courses in Phase II of the Programme;
— the training certificate obtained in Stage II issued no more than one year ago.
To register the application, it will be sent (scanned from original) to the email address

2. Identity Bulletin of the founder and the legal entity manager;
3. Extract from the State Register of Legal Persons and Individual Entrepreneurs/Extras from the Register of Households (issued no later than 3 months before the submission of the application);
4. The certificate issued by the bank on the bank account;
5. The price offer with detailed specification of the services to be provided.
Applications for business vouchers shall be submitted on an ongoing basis.
Applicants will be informed of the decision taken by the Evaluation Committee within the deadline 15 working days, from the date of submission of the complete dossier.
