ODIMM starts enrolment with the support tool for the digitalisation of SMEs
Between 10 and 30 June 2020, the companies operating in The Republic of Moldova can submit the files within The support tool for the digitalisation of the HMM.
Entrepreneurs wishing to digitalise their businesses can benefit from support in the form of ‘voucher’ and/or financial support under form of grant. The selection of beneficiaries will be made on the basis of a competition, within the limit of the budget available.
- Provision of support in form of business voucher
It will be granted to access services to develop its own webpage, setting up on social media pages, developing the online profile and content of its products and services; development/adjustment of the webpage and adherence to Marketplace platforms, which offer possibilities for online payments and integrated logistical aspects. The maximum amount of the voucher shall constitute RON 20.000 (to be granted to the beneficiary of the Facility at the rate of 100 %).

- Granting financial support below form of grant
This support will aim at innovation and the introduction of new technologies in the context of the company’s digitalisation and with the aim of eliminating/minimising market risks. The maximum grant amount shall constitute RON 200.000, and cthe beneficiary’s honour will constitute a minimum of 10 % of the project cost.
Thus, grant it will be possible to use for advice in carrying out the specific steps needed to implement solutions, procurement of technological equipment, systems, machinery, equipment and new working tools necessary for digitalisation, innovation and modernisation of the operational process, as well as for tailor-made software solutions specifically developed for the company, etc.
It should be noted that several criteria will be taken into account when assessing applications, such as: viability of the business idea, the type of activity with which it applies to the Support Instrument, according to the eligible and priority areas of activity foreseen, cost-efficiency and effectiveness of the planned investment, planned location for the business activity, rationale for the need to access the support requested, impact on the development of business, products, improvement of processes or services corresponding to practical needs and market requirements, creation and/or maintenance of jobs, particularly in rural areas;

Applicants to The support tool for the digitalisation of the HEIM will benefit entrepreneurial training and training on e-commerce orientation, digitalisation of resource management systems, adoption of digital marketing and digital marketing technologies, etc.
