ODIMM launches new call for small grants for FEMEI-initiated businesses

Do you have a business with a market activity up to two years old?
Do you want to obtain non-reimbursable funding under the Women in Business Programme
Since 3 September, we are launching a new Call for small grants for businesses initiated by FEMEI.
The competition is open to companies active in the market for up to 2 years, initiated and managed by women.
✔ The amount of RON 165 thousand
✔ The Applicant’s contribution is 10 %
✔ The money goes to machinery, equipment and development services.

To get to know and be able to operationally fill in the e-Application Form you can download the version a.Application Form doc to prepare the answers and the necessary acts:
1. The participation form including annexes on investments and financial projections;

2. Extract from the State Register of Legal Persons and Individual Entrepreneurs/Extract from the Register of Farmers’ Households (not more than 3 months current before application to the Programme)
3. Company formation documents: Decision to register the legal person/Farmers’ household registration sheet
4. Administrator’s and founders’ identity card
5. Certificate issued by the bank on the bank account
6. Request to participate in the Funding strand; Download
7. Declaration on honour that the documents provided correspond to the original (complete the list of documents attached to the Form, which are scanned/copied from their original); Download
8. Certificate on the absence or existence of debts owed to the State budget or complete the Declaration (standard form: Download)
9. Declaration on the receipt of State aid from the account of other Support Programmes (pre-printed form — Download)
10. Licence and/or authorisation (where the legislation in force expressly provides for the need to license the activity carried out)
11. Financial situation of the undertaking during the last 1 to 2 years of activity or since the establishment of the undertaking (if applicable)
12. Title of property for the premises/land where the economic activity is carried out (lease/loan-for-use/lease)
13. Other relevant documents to describe the business (e.g. tenders, contracts, etc.) (if applicable)
