ODIMM launches a new Funding Call for the Digitalisation of HEIs
From 10 to 25 November 2020, companies in the Republic of Moldova can submit their files to Support tool for the digitalisation of the HMM
Entrepreneurs wishing to digitalise their businesses can receive support in the form of “voucher” and/or financial support under form of grant. The selection of beneficiaries will be made on the basis of a competition, within the limit of the budget available.
1. Provision of support in form of business voucher
It will be granted to access services to develop its own webpage, setting up on social media pages, developing the online profile and content of its products and services; developing/adjusting the webpage and joining market-place platforms, which offer possibilities for online payments and integrated logistical aspects. The maximum amount of the voucher shall constitute RON 20.000 (to be granted to the Facility beneficiary 100 %).

2. Granting financial support below form of grant
This support will aim at innovation and the introduction of new technologies in the context of the company’s digitalisation and with the aim of eliminating/minimising market risks. The maximum grant amount shall constitute RON 200.000and the beneficiary’s contribution will amount to a minimum of 10 % of project cost.
Thus, the grant may be used for advice in carrying out the specific steps needed to implement solutions, the procurement of technological equipment, systems, machinery, equipment and new work tools needed for digitalisation, innovation and operational modernisation, as well as for tailor-made software solutions specifically developed for the company, etc.
It should be noted that several criteria will be taken into account when assessing applications, such as: viability of the business idea, the type of activity with which it applies to the Support Instrument, according to the eligible and priority areas of activity envisaged, the cost-efficiency and effectiveness of the planned investment, the planned location of the business activity, the rationale for the need to access the support requested, the impact on the development of the business, products, the improvement of processes or services corresponding to the practical needs and requirements of the market, the creation and/or maintenance of jobs, in particular in rural areas;

The Appellants to the THMM Digital Support Instrument will receive entrepreneurial training and training on e-commerce orientation, digitalisation of resource management systems, adoption of digital and digital marketing technologies, etc.
