DSOIMM will create it throughout the territory of the Republic of Moldova Network of national consultants in the field of business greening.

National consultants in the Network may be natural and legal persons experienced in the area of environmental protection and sustainable development a minimum of 3 years, which have carried out at least 3 case studies on the following areas: environmental management, energy management, waste management, water management.

The selected consultants will provide up to 10 hours of support and mentoring services for the purpose of greening the business and developing plans for greening the IMM.

• A Network of National Advisors will be created for the purpose of developing supporting institutional capacities in the area of greening of the ODIMM Centre for Consultation and Business Assistance of the ODIMM to provide assistance and advice for the purpose of greening the HMM;

• National consultants in the Network may be natural and legal persons with experience in the field of environmental protection and sustainable development for at least 3 years, who have conducted at least 3 case studies on: environmental management, energy management, waste management, water management;

• The organisation and functioning of the Network of National Advisors shall be carried out by the PIU with the support ODIMM Centre for Consultation and Assistance in Business and includes:

✔ organisation of the public competition for the selection of National Consultants on the basis of terms of reference;

✔ ensure constructive collaboration of national consultants with the beneficiary HMMs through the Programme and other actors involved in promoting the Programme’s Programme for Greening Small and Medium-sized Enterprises at Institution level;

✔ monitoring the work of national consultants on the basis of monthly, quarterly, annual and final activity reports;

✔ the preparation of proposals to improve the work mechanism of the network of national consultants;

✔ other tasks related to the development of the activities of the network of national consultants.

Basic tasks of National Consultants:

— examining the concept of greening processes for producing and delivering services on the basis of the expression of interest form and Self-Assessment Report on the degree of greening completed by the HMM applying to the Programme;

— carrying out research visits and thorough assessment of the degree of greening of the HMM applying to the Programme;

— provision of advisory and mentoring services for the development of greening action plans;

— providing advisory and mentoring assistance during the implementation of greening actions;

— the preparation of monitoring and evaluation reports on the results achieved by the HMM as a result of the implementation of the greening of processes for the production and provision of services;

— preparation of proposals for the development of the Programme as well as implementation tools.

Where necessary, ODIMM may offer up to 10 hours advisory and mentoring services for the development of greening plans to each participant in the Training Curriculation Programme, in the framework of the greening programme.
