ODIMM – announces recruitment competition for specialist Public Relations position

The aim of: Developing, ensuring and maintaining the organisation’s public image in line with its general policy.

Attributes and responsibilities:

  • Development and the implementation of the agreed communication strategy with the management of the organisation, and measuring the efficiency of PR activity
  • Preparation of press releases, presentations by the organisation, media items, website, newsletters, wholesales etc.
  • Update of the organisation’s webpage, gateway compines and other media used
  • Selection of written materials, videos, photos, audio for the organisation
  • Window and development of partnerships with relevant media representatives
  • Dissemination of information to government institutions, partners, donor, journalists and other audiences within the scope of the organisation
  • Organisation and participation in events for the benefit of the Organisation
  • Continuously raising awareness of the organisation’s activities through all relevant media sources.

Requirements:

  • Higher education of journalistic faculty, journalism species or communication, and public relations.
  • Additional courses or studies in the economic field will be an asset
  • Experience in minimum domain 2 ANI
  • Use of Romanian, Russian and English, written and spoken languages at a high level
  • Integrity, perseverance, principled and fair attitude towards people
  • Stress stress and compliance with deadlines
  • Use of computer and different programmes at professional level (Word, Power Point, Excel, Monitoring and Media Analysis, etc.); photo, video and audio apparatus.
  • Vision and ability to think strategically
  • Analytical thinking, organisational skills, fairness, maturity, psychological stability and ability to communicate
