The organisation for the development of the sector of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises announces the selection through the procurement procedure of a company, organisations specialised in the provision of training services, within the framework of “Entrepreneurship training programme in the growth, production, promotion and marketing of erbacee plants (medicines, aromatics, conditioning) and plant products with added value”. These trainings are to be carried out in the project “HEGO – Economic growth plans”.

The main objective of the Entrepreneurship Training Programme is to train at least 15 entrepreneurs, farmers, representatives of agricultural enterprises and other participants in Moldova’s target groups active in the sector of growth, production, promotion and marketing of erbacee plants (medicines, aromatics, conditioning) and plant products of added value” and to training of the following skills and competences:

Changes to traditional methods used in plant cultivation and production, improvement of farmers’ skills and knowledge, in line with best practices and international quality standards;

Understanding and participating in business finance programmes in the growth, production, promotion and trade of plants and medicinal products, aromatics, conditioning, high commercial value;

— Trading and promotion through a common marketing and branding strategy for products in plants with added value;

— Use information technologies (ICT) and social network services (SNS) to run e-commerce in plants and plant products.

In the Republic of Moldova, the Training Programme will be carried out according to the courrice approved as part of the Project. ‘HEGO’ it will contain 400 educational hours. The training period will be 6 consecutive months in May 2022 – Octombry 2022.
