Over the period 03.01.2020-03.02.2020 the enrolment of young people is ongoing for Phase 3 of the ‘START for young people’ programme — “Concursion of investment projects and non-repayable financing”.

Young people aged 18 to 35 may participate in the Investment Project competition only after having completed Phase II of the Programme and who have founded and lead a newly registered enterprise (< 1an), in one of the following legal organisational forms:

a) Individual undertaking;

b) Limited liability company;

C) Households (farmer).

The maximum grant amount is RON 180 thousand and the own contribution is at least 20 % of the investment project amount.

For the registration of the Programme LA applicant VA PREZENTA UN file (in physical and electronic form) which will include the following documents:

1) Identity Bulletin of the founder and the legal entity manager;

2) Participation form, including annexes on investments and financial forecasts: a) Participation form b) Excel annexes
3) Extract from the State Register of Legal Persons and Individual Entrepreneurs/Extras from the Register of Households (issued no later than 3 months before submission of the dossier);

4) Company formation documents: Decision to register legal persons/Imployee household registration sheet;

5) Acts confirming ownership or use: Property lease/Traft contract/Consignment contract, Extras from the Real Estate Register, Sales – Purchase Agreement and others;

6) The certificate issued by the bank on the bank account;

7) Declaration on the receipt of State aid, Download

8) Certificate of absence or existence of public budget debts, or self-declaration of lack of arrears to the national public budget, Download

9) Licence and/or Authorisation (if applicable);

10) Other relevant documents (price offers, certificates of qualification, contracts of intentions, etc.).
