Free training programme for Moldovan managers in Germany – applies until 31 October
Managers of domestic companies are invited to apply to the programme for commercial/economic collaboration and upskilling of managers of Moldova – Germany, until 31 October 2014.
The Moldovan upskilling programme for managers provides for internships, geared towards business visits, which will be accompanied by specialised seminars and practical trainings in the Federal Republic of Germany.
The traineeship lasts four weeks in Germany in three areas:
Management training aimed at developing skills and enhancing individual organisational and management skills;
Collective training visits to local companies in Germany – discussions at companies contribute to the knowledge of good practice examples from Germany;
— Individual business visits – access to the German market is facilitated through direct contacts with local entrepreneurs.
Participants also benefit from a 64-hour training programme organised to prepare for the traineeship and carried out prior to their departure to Germany.
Top and middle managers in any field of the national economy can apply to the programme.
The costs of training and accommodation for all participants for the entire duration of the traineeship will be covered by the Ministry of Economy and Energy of the Federal Republic of Germany. As of 2015, the costs of participation will be covered from the sources of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Moldova. In this respect, the Ministry of Economy confirmed its willingness to financially support the training programme until 31 December 2017. This makes Moldova one of the few countries offering free preparation for the traineeship in Germany.
The forms can be filled in until 31 October 2014the selection interview will take place from 25 to 27 November 2014.
The programme is coordinated by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova. The programme is carried out on the basis of the Memorandum of Collaboration, signed in 2008 between the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Moldova and the Federal Ministry of Economy and Technology of Germany.
