DSOIMM ANNOUNCES ENROLMENT FOR GEA ENTREPRENEURIAL TRAINING COURSES
Do you have a business and want to be more competent to manage it?
The organisation for the development of the sector of Small and Medium Enterprises announces enrolment to training courses under the “Efficient Management of Business” (GEA) Lifelong Training Programme.
Training modules proposed:
- Strategic business planning;
- Financial management;
- The foundations of marketing;
- Online marketing;
- Efficient sales and negotiation techniques;
- Accounting records and tax administration;
- Labour law;
- Green management for SMEs.
The training gives you:
- Elements for business strategy planning and implementation;
- innovative business management innovation, enhancing the company’s performance;
- Financial analysis of the undertaking;
- New methods of promoting the enterprise;
- New selling markets;
- The formulation of tenders and the negotiation of contracts;
- The legislative framework on human resources management;
- Green education of entrepreneurs;
- Answers to questions specific to entrepreneurial activity.
The courses will run for 2 days (21 academic hours).
The partners of the IMMO in the conduct of the Programme are the economic sections of the Birds Councils and Business Services Prestators.
Training courses take place throughout the territory of the Republic of Moldova and willing entrepreneurs can choose the place of participation.
