Competition to select representatives of business or environmental support organisations/associations as a member of the Steering Committee of the Business Support Programme with high growth and internationalisation potential
The Organisation for the Development of the Small and Medium Enterprises Sector (ODIMM) announces the launch of the Consortium for the Selection of Representatives of Organisations/Support Associations in Business and/or Environmental as a member of the Steering Committee of the Business Support Programme with high potential for growth and internationalisation.
The programme to support business with high potential for their growth and internationalisation was approved by Government Decision No 439/2020 and aims at contribute to sustainable economic growth by attracting investment, increasing the competitiveness and productivity of the HMM from the Republic of Moldova, and their internationalisation.
Coordination implementedcountrythe Programme will be carried out by the Committee, whose nominal composition is approved by the Order of the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure.
Purpose of nomination:
Selected persons will be part of the Steering Committee of the Business Support Programme with high potential for their growth and internationalisation. The work in this Committee constitutes voluntary work and there is no financial remuneration foreseen for this activity. The individuals selected will act within the Committee individually and independently. Representatives of business and/or environmental support organisations/associations will be selected in the Committee’s composition through an annual competition organised by the implementing institution – the Organisation for the Development of Sector of Small and Medium Enterprises. The Committee shall be convened in ordinary meetings as necessary, but not less frequently than once in the semester.
The members of the Programme Coordination Committee shall exercise the following functions:
— participate in meetings of the Programme Steering Committee;
— analyse the progress and annual reports, as well as ad hoc reports prepared and submitted by the ODIMM;
— examine the Council’s report evaluating the applicant’s files under components II and III of the Programme;
— decide on the acceptance/rejection of the files of the applicants under components II and III of the Programme;
— take decisions on applications for funding under the Programme.
Requirements vis-à-vis applicants:
· holds the nationality of the Republic of Moldova;
· it has tertiary education or their equivalent;
· does not have a criminal record, including is not convicted of suspension, or has been discharged of liability or criminal penalty, including by an act of amnesty or grace;
· in respect of which there has been no infringement of the legal regime of conflicts of interest by final act;
· know the language of the State;
· be a representative of a business and/or environmental support organisation/association;
To take part in the competition, please complete:
1. The form of intent regarding participation in the competition (Annex 1 to the Regulation on how to organise and conduct the competition);
2. statement of reasons;
3. copy of the identity report;
4. copy of the diploma or equivalent;
5. self-declaration concerning the fulfilment of the conditions laid down in points 4, points 3, 3 and 5 of the Regulation (Annex No 2 to the Regulation);
6. agreement on the processing of personal data (Annex 3 to the Regulation).
