ANNOUNCEMENT OF THE COMPETITION
The Global Compact Network in collaboration with the Organisation for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (ODIMM), with the support of partners, announces the launch of the 4th edition of the National Consortium “SME – model of social responsibility”. The aim of the competition is to also support socially responsible SMEs, thereby providing them with competitiveness and visibility advantages to attract customers and partners.
Competition participants will be assessed on the basis of the application forms that will reflect the business activity for 2012, in the following areas:
a) environmental protection;
b) compliance with employees’ working conditions;
C) social integration and community support;
The Special Prize will be offered to the company which has carried out important actions in some of the above-mentioned areas.
The final prize-winners will take place at the International SME Conference on 26 November 2013.
