Under point 28 of the Investment Incentive Programme ‘373’, approved by Government Decision No nr.351/2023reference rates, applicable for the period October 01 – 31 December 2025 inclusiveare the following:
• 5.46 % annually for loans denominated in national currency;
• 1.22 % annually for loans denominated in foreign currencies.

The reference rate is calculated as the weighted average interest rate on new deposits taken with a term of 6 to 12 months, total by banking sector (source: www.bnm.md)
