Announcement of reference rates under the 373 Programme for the period 01.07.2024-31.12.2024 for loans granted up to and including 16.5.2024

Under the provisions of the ‘Investment Incentive Programme’ 373, approved by Government Decision No nr.351/2023reference rates for loans granted up to 16.5.2024 including, applicable for the period 01.07.2024-31.12.2024, are the following:

  • 3.46 % annually for loans denominated in national currency;
  • 1.65 % annually for loans granted in foreign currency.

The reference rate is calculated as the weighted average interest rate on new deposits in national/foreign currency with a term of 6 to 12 months, total per banking sector (source: www.bnm.md).
