ODA receives on a continuous basis investment projects for accessing non-repayable loans via ‘Start for Young’ programme. The grant amount is up to RON 200 thousand (70 % of the value of the investment project will be covered by the State and 30 % own contribution by the Appellant).

ODA receives on a continuous basis business plans for obtaining non-repayable funding of up to RON 750 thousand by Program of Drawing of Assignments to PARE 1+ 2.

The entrepreneurial education phase is mandatory for companies with less than 3 years of activity. After completing the trainings, the beneficiaries of the Programme may access non-repayable funding in two stages:

1. In the first phase, the grant will be awarded on the basis of “Regula 1+ 1”, i.e. each leu invested in remittances will be matched by one leu under the Programme and the maximum grant amount will not exceed 250 000

2. Stage Two can apply to beneficiaries who have successfully implemented the first-stage investment project and intend to increase production capacities, diversify products, expand into new outlets. The grant constitutes maximum 67 % of the amount of the investment project but will not exceed RON 500000and the beneficiary’s contribution will be a minimum 33 %.

For the Grant Consortium, companies active on the market for up to 2 years are eligible, which have compulsorily completed entrepreneurial intrusion courses within the The programme for the greening of the HMM. For business, which have more than 2 years of activity, the trainings are optional.

ODA receives on a continuous basis investment projects for accessing non-repayable loans via “LIMM Growth and Internationalisation Programme” . The maximum amount that can currently be accessed under the programme is RON 600000 (World Bank sources) for the purchase of business development services, machinery, equipment, facilities.

Note: For equipment, machinery, plant, no more than 45 % of the value of the investment project without VAT, but no more than RON 270000, will be granted. The own contribution is at least 50 %.

ODA provides State guarantees on a continuous basis for loans taken from commercial banks. The amount of guarantees covers up to 80 % from loans granted by R.Moldova banking institutions.

ODA receives requests for compensation for expenses incurred by patent holders. Over the period 1 July to 31 August 2023The Organisation for the Development of Entrepreneurship will receive claims for compensation from patent holders who move to self-employment. Claiming compensation for up to RON 10.000 per beneficiary it shall be made by submitting a standard application for compensation online, accompanied by confirmatory documents on the expenditure incurred, using the electronic form which may be completed here: https://compensare.oda.md/
